Question: What is TipClub?

Answer: TipClub is an online professional network that was developed so that business people could "meet" on the Internet to establish strategic partnerships, form business alliances, share referrals, find employment opportunities, make business contacts, and have access to business-critical information. Much of the data is stored in a password-protected environment on tipclub.com. Click here to learn more about TipClub.



Question: Question: What are the costs to join TipClub?

Answer: There are several different membership packages available. We can help you select the most appropriate program for you depending on your needs. For example, memberships can be purchased monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Pre-existing business networking groups may purchase a discounted multi-user, licensing agreement. Please contact us at info@tipclub.com or call us at 800-798-0270 so that we can recommend the appropriate business service.



Question: When does my membership start?

Answer: Once you subscribe, you will be emailed a confirmation. TipClub managers then determine that there is a “synergistic fit” (that you offer complementary services) with other members of a respective business networking group. A Strategic Relationship Manager will contact you shortly thereafter to assist in the process. In the event that a member is not deemed to be a suitable fit with other members, they are placed on a temporary waiting list.



Question: If I subscribe to a Tip Club, will I be the only subscriber representing my respective business or industry?

Answer: That will be the decision of the Strategic Relationship Manager. Many industries have complementary services (i.e. new computer sales, computer-part sales, computer repair services, etc) that provide synergies amongst members. The goal of the Strategic Relationship Manager is to form a strong team that will work together.



Question: If I am currently a member of TipClub, and I wish not to renew my membership, may I transfer my membership to a colleague of mine who represents the same industry as I?

Answer: No. TipClub memberships are non-transferable.



Question: How long can I be a subscriber?

Answer: As long as you are in good standing with the other subscribers of your Tip Club and abide by the club's policies and rules, your membership is ongoing. We want our members to build long-lasting relationships that are built on trust and respect.



Question: Will I get spammed using TipClub?

Answer: No. TipClub was designed to reduce spam. Members are able to send email via a private email form. In addition, Members have display options they may select in deciding what other members may see in their profile. All information is considered confidential and will not be sold or used by any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.



Question: Why do I keep getting signed out?

Answer: If your website session is inactive for 20 minutes you will be logged out of the system. We have put this timeout feature into place to increase the security of your membership and to conserve web server resources.
